NOKIA 2: BIGGEST JOKE!
HMD Global is back again, This time they are coming up with the all new Nokia 2 for an entry-level budget smartphone user. Today in New Delhi Nokia took the stage to announce the Nokia 2 globally with some very low-end specification (when compared with competition like Redmi 4A and Moto C Plus)
Now after the launch of Nokia 2, HMD Global has five smartphones in India – the ultra-budget Nokia 2 which should retail for Rs 6,499, the Nokia 3 which retails for 9,499, the Nokia 5 which sells for Rs 12,499, the Nokia 6 which sells for Rs 14,999 and the flagship Nokia 8 which comes in at Rs 36,999.
The Nokia 2 supports a 5inch IPS LCD HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 at the front, Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 processor, 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera. The also supports 4G VoLTE, has a body made of aluminum and its claimed to give users 2-days of battery life with its 4100 mAh battery.
On Nokia 2 you will also get features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and dual-SIM support. In addition, the phone is expected to come with 8GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card. HMD Global promised to bring of timely updates – both monthly security patches and yearly Android versions for the smartphone.
While the phone is set to ship with Android 7.1.1 Nougat, it is expected to get an update to Android 8.0 Oreo very soon. The smartphone will be available in three color option and it will be available in markets from the middle of November, which is in another couple of weeks.
